Privacy

This site has no accounts and no advertising. It uses Google Analytics to count visits. Here is what happens to the information you send when you use it.

Your questions

When you type or speak a question, its text is sent to Anthropic, the company that makes the Claude AI model, which turns it into a structured search. Anthropic does not use these requests to train its models. We do not save the text of your question. Please don't include personal information such as your name, address or phone number in a question.

Voice input

The microphone button uses your web browser's built-in speech recognition. Your browser handles the audio, and some browsers (including Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge) send it to their maker's servers to be transcribed. We never receive your audio, only the transcribed text. The microphone turns on only when you click the microphone button and your browser has your permission.

Server logs and abuse protection

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps short-term technical logs of requests, including your IP address, the page requested, and your browser type. We use IP addresses to limit how many questions can be asked in a short time, so the site stays available and the data can't be copied in bulk. We do not sell or share this information.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they view (For Sale, Rentals, About the Data, Privacy) and how often features like examples, image downloads and shared links are used. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and collects technical information such as your browser, device type and approximate location. We never send Google the text of your question or the search settings of your results. Google's advertising features (Google signals and ad personalization) are turned off. You can block Google Analytics with your browser's privacy settings or Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Links you share

"Copy Link" creates a web address that contains the search settings for your result (for example property type, ZIP code and dates), not your question text or anything about you.
